Shepherd wins Surveyor of the Year for unprecedented fourth year in a row

HAVING been named Surveyor of the Year at The Scottish Mortgage Awards for the last three years, Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has now won the award for an unprecedented fourth year in succession.

Shepherd managing partner Ian Fergusson said: “We’re delighted to once again win this prestigious award.

“This recognition is a testament to our hard-working team of surveyors and support staff throughout Scotland and although we were up against some very tough competition, I am thrilled to have secured this unprecedented fourth win in succession in these awards.”

Judged by independent and respectable experts, The 2022 Scottish Mortgage Awards celebrate the people, products and services that demonstrate excellence and originality within the Scottish intermediary mortgage market.

The awards reflect the broad make-up of the property market in Scotland with nominations submitted by industry professionals which are independently checked and verified.

Over 20,000 votes were cast in this year’s Scottish Mortgage Awards, making it the most competitive event to date.
