ESP Group has been named a finalist for the High Growth Company of the Year Award at the 2026 WeDO Scotland Awards, with the winner to be announced on Thursday 5 November 2026.

The award recognises businesses that have achieved exceptional and sustainable growth while maintaining strong commercial performance. Judges consider areas including year-on-year growth, investment in people, systems and innovation, customer retention, and plans for continued growth. The shortlisting follows a period of continued growth and development for ESP Group as the business expands its services, capabilities, and client base across the UK.

Ashley Meston, CEO of ESP Group, said: “We are delighted to be shortlisted for High Growth Company of the Year. It is a brilliant achievement for ESP Group and I am incredibly proud of the whole team and everything we have achieved together.”

With more than 30 years of experience, ESP Group provides outsourced customer experience, back-office processing, product fulfilment, and technology solutions. The Group works with organisations across a range of sectors, combining its people, technology, and expertise to deliver tailored solutions for clients and their customers. ESP Group is an experienced outsourced partner providing end-to-end solutions to organisations in the UK and globally, specialising in omni-channel customer experience, back-office processing, product fulfilment, and technology solutions.
