BURGES Salmon is delighted to announce that it has been named the RollOnFriday ‘Best Law Firm to Work at 2023’, an accolade that the firm has achieved for the second year in a row.

With two thirds of the firm participating in this year’s survey, respondents have the opportunity to rate how satisfied they are with their career development, pay, management, work/life balance and their firm’s culture.  Burges Salmon has historically performed very well in the RollOnFriday survey and today’s winning result for the second year in a row emphasises the unique and positive culture at the firm.

Burges Salmon’s Managing Partner, Roger Bull, said: “To be named the inaugural RollOnFriday ‘Best Law Firm To Work At’ last year was great and to achieve this accolade for the second year in a row is simply fantastic.

“This win really does highlight the strength of our positive culture, given that the results are based purely on our people’s individual views of the firm. We are immensely proud of this achievement.  I believe it reflects the commitment and passion that our people have for our clients, for supporting each other and for the culture of the firm.”

Further demonstrating its commitment to its people and communities, in 2022 Burges Salmon was named one of The Times Top 50 Employers for Women for second year running, Highly Commended in the ‘Community Programme of the Year’ category, taking home a Gold Award at the UK Social Mobility Awards, ranked in top third of the Top 75 UK employers in the Social Mobility Foundation Index 2022 and also awarded Gold EcoVadis Medal for second year running.

Roger Bull concluded: “At Burges Salmon, our purpose is to ensure that our clients, our people and our wider communities continue to flourish.  A culture of fairness and support runs through the heart of our business and that’s why we’re so proud to be crowned as the best law firm to work at in the UK for the second year in a row.”
