NATIONAL same day courier service Speedy Freight is delighted to announce its Glasgow branch has been nominated for ‘Excellence in Customer Service’ at the East Renfrewshire Business Awards 2023.
The Excellence in Customer Service award is designed for businesses who can demonstrate excellence and achievement within the field of customer care and service. The nomination recognises that Speedy Freight (Glasgow) has demonstrated success through their customer service objectives and strategy, business performance, customer care activities, staff development plans and business growth.
Speedy Freight is a specialist same day courier and express freight provider operating across more than 60 franchised branches in the UK. The company operates on a 24-hour, 356 days a year basis, with the customer base spread across a variety of industries.

“One of our key aims for the year was for more than 99% of all deliveries to be within our customer’s expectations. This year, we have increased our team numbers to ensure all customer enquiries are responded to within 15 minutes of initial contact, any time of day or night.
“We have also placed importance in our customer retention and loyalty by tailoring our services to meet the needs of individual clients. We regularly touch base with any customers and maintain clear channels of communication between all employees and customers.”
