Andrew McNamara, Partner and Head of BDO Drive, BDO

Having been an audit partner for several years, dealing with fast growing local and international businesses as well as more established companies, in 2015 Andrew took over the role as Head of BDO Drive for the Scottish region. He now provides a range of advisory, compliance and outsourcing services to a wide range of owner-managed and private equity backed businesses throughout Scotland. Many of his clients are young, growing businesses.

Stuart Kerr, co-founder and CFO, Incremental Group

Stuart is co-founder and CFO of Incremental Group, responsible for the financial performance of the business and M&A. Before that Stuart was Finance Director at Amor Group where he led the finance organisation through a period where it doubled its revenues to £60m over 4 years and oversaw the sale of the business to Lockheed Martin. He is a Chartered Accountant and spent 12 years with PwC focused on M&A.

Gillian Boston, Business Central Director, Incremental Group

As Incremental’s Dynamics 365 Business Central Director, Gillian is responsible for developing and growing a high performing Business Central practice in line with Incremental Group’s strategic objectives. Gillian is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience working in the financial services sector leading finance and regulatory teams. She has first-hand experience of the positive impact digital transformation has on businesses.

Adam Sroka, Data and AI Director, Incremental Group

Adam leads Incremental’s Data and AI business. He is passionate about developing data and AI solutions for organisations, helping them make sense of large quantities of data so they can drive results. As a data scientist Adam regularly speaks at technology meet ups and events. Adam specialises in predictive modelling and taking large, complex data flows and turning them into robust, manageable pipelines.

Deyrick Smith, Head of Commercial Banking – West of Scotland, Clydesdale Bank

With over 30 years experience in banking with Clydesdale Bank, the vast majority of which has been in Business Banking, during which time he have been involved in Credit Sanctioning, Relationship Management and Acquisition Finance. For the last 15 years Deyrick has ran a team of Commercial Relationship Managers, and currently has responsibility for Commercial Banking for the West of Scotland.
