The iconic Five Guys burger chain opens at The Centre, Livingston, creating 42 new jobs in the community

ICONIC American-style restaurant Five Guys, famed for its mouth-watering burgers, hot dogs, fries and milkshakes, has opened a new restaurant at The Centre, Livingston creating 42 new jobs in the community.

The new 82-seater site, spanning 3,700 sq. ft located on the bustling Almondvale Avenue opened yesterday, (13th September), bringing the brand’s fast-growing portfolio in Scotland to a total of 12 restaurants. 

Founded in Virginia in 1986 and launched in the UK in 2013 in London’s Covent Garden, the restaurant brand has amassed a loyal fanbase – with superstar fans including Ed Sheeran, Mollie King and Maya Jama.

Visitors to the mall can now enjoy their famous freshly made and fully customisable burgers, made from Scottish Beef, with the option to choose from as many of the 15 fresh toppings, as well as hotdogs, fries, milkshakes and bottlomless soft drinks. They will also be able to enjoy the 250,000 possible burger order combinations, as well as the over 1,000 possible ways to customise a milkshake at the new site.

Five Guys prides itself on using high-quality, fresh produce prepared and cooked to order. There are no freezers or microwaves in any Five Guys restaurants.
