In addition to advising on acquisitions, disposals and leasing matters, she provides advice to borrowers across a broad spectrum of sectors on their funding requirements.
David Jackson, CEO at Shoosmiths, commented: “Sheelagh is a talented and highly experienced real estate finance partner. She is now taking on a demanding but rewarding additional role in which her colleague Alison Gilson performed extremely well for several years. I have no doubt that Sheelagh’s leadership style will be a tremendous asset to the Edinburgh office as we aim for further growth in the Scottish capital.”
Sheelagh’s predecessor, corporate partner Alison Gilson will now focus on achieving further success as head of the busy corporate team north of the border.
