Andy Wyles, Northern Regional Charman, Bellway Homes (Scotland) said: “We’re delighted to welcome Paul and his wealth of experience and talent back into the business. Land buying continues to be competitive and challenging and having Paul at the helm will help support our delivery strategy.”
Headquartered in Hamilton, Bellway’s West Division currently operates twelve live developments with new sites planned for 2025.
Paul added: “I’m delighted to be returning to Bellway and very much look forward to working with the Region’s strong and experienced team to help deliver the business objectives”.
