As part of this role Lyndsey has been supporting with internal recruitment across all GEG Capital portfolios as part of an overall Talent Acquisition strategy. Her promotion is both a credit to Lyndsey and her personal achievements as well as being a credit to the GEG Capital People & Culture strategy.

“It’s an incredibly exciting time for our recruitment businesses which all posted strong results during – and since – the pandemic and Lyndsey’s flair for building strong client relationships and knowledge of local markets and geographical areas makes her the perfect person to head up Business Development.

“I’m very pleased to add someone as experienced and entrepreneurial as Grant Falconer to the leadership team at Global Highland and I see his appointment as key to the continued expansion of the business.
