Eden Scott promotes Associate Directors to lead for the future

Recruitment specialists Eden Scott has established a new team of Associate Directors as they target ambitious market growth over the next five years.  
The new team, who have all been promoted from within the organisation, will attend their first board meeting following their promotion on 22nd March 2018 heralding in this new phase for the organisation. 
Those promoted include: 
Keith Tocher, promoted from Divisional Manager, has grown with the company over the last eight years developing a strong profile within the Manufacturing, Science and Technology Sector. In his role as Divisional Manager he has been responsible for revolutionising the team to reflect the changing nature of the marketplace.

Peter Dunn, Divisional Manager for Information Technology, has 10 years’ experience recruiting within this sector, seven years with Eden Scott. He has built a strong reputation within what is a very competitive sector and established Eden Scott as a leading IT recruiter in Scotland.   
Michael Lynch, who celebrates 12 years with Eden Scott this year has spent the last eight as Divisional Manager where he has been responsible for carving out Eden Scott’s prominent position within Scotland’s growing Renewable Energy sector. 
Alasdair Murray, has recruited talent within the Food and Drink industry for over 10 years, the last six with Eden Scott. His work as a Food and Drink Skills Ambassador with the Food and Drink Federation has cemented his position as a leading figure in the market bringing through the next generation of talent for this vital sector. 
Sarah Gracie, based in Glasgow and responsible for legal, accountancy and finance and HR recruitment in the west has nearly 20 years’ experience. As Divisional Manager at Eden Scott for the last three years, Sarah has established a strong sector profile in each of these areas and with her team will continue to grow these market. 
Ewan Anderson, Marketing and Communications Manager, brings over 15 years marketing and business development experience to the role of Associate Director for Marketing. He will be responsible for the evolution of the brand, building the Eden Scott proposition across numerous markets.        
Eden Scott has enjoyed a strong 2017/18 and expects to return a healthy six figure profit for the year end March 2018. Success in key markets including IT, financial services and renewable energy reflect the nature of the Scottish economy and highlight the brand’s profile within these sectors.
