BANCON Homes is proud to announce that it has won its first ever award at The Scottish Home Awards which were held in Glasgow last week.

The award was won by its Carden apartment at The Aspire Residence, Aberdeen in The Starter Home of the Year ategory.  

In addition to winning The Starter Home of the Year category, the company was also a finalist in the following categories:

Apartment Development of the Year (Private Sale) – The Aspire Residence, Aberdeen

House of the Year – The Raeburn at The Reserve at Eden, Aberdeen

Housing Development of the Year (Large Private Sale) – Lochside of Leys, Banchory

Housebuilder of the Year (more than 100 units) – Bancon Homes
