Knight Frank has bolstered its commercial valuations offering in Scotland with the recruitment of experienced surveyor Thomas Morton as an associate.
Thomas adds nearly a decade of experience to the Knight Frank team and joins the independent commercial property consultancy from Lambert Smith Hampton, where he was an associate director.
Prior to that he spent nearly seven years at JLL, rising quickly from graduate surveyor to associate, having begun his career in tax roles with KPMG.
Thomas’s skills in commercial property valuation complement Knight Frank’s existing team, providing support on a broad range of commercial property assets, including offices, retail, industrials, and trading businesses.
While based in the Glasgow office, Thomas will work with Knight Frank’s clients across Scotland, as well as the firm’s teams in Aberdeen and Edinburgh.
