Morton Fraser MacRoberts (MFMac), one of Scotland’s big four independent law firms, has been nominated for the Workplace Social Mobility & Inclusion Award at the enei Inclusivity Excellence Awards.
The award recognises organisations that have made significant efforts to integrate individuals from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds into their workforce, promoting social mobility and fostering inclusivity within their communities.
MFMac has made significant progress in fostering an inclusive workplace by partnering with organisations like Black Professionals Scotland, Whizz-Kidz, and PRIME, which work to create opportunities for underrepresented groups. Additionally, MFMac uses the RARE contextual recruitment system to promote fairness and ensure equal opportunities in trainee hiring.

Winners will be selected by a judging panel of DEI experts and will be announced at the annual gala event on 28 November 2024.
