REAL Property Scotland is proud to announce its largest acquisition to date: a portfolio of 100 residential units, valued at £12 million, in the heart of Aberdeen. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth within Scotland’s real estate market.

A considerable portion of this portfolio is located in the Citadel, one of Aberdeen’s most iconic buildings, built to the design of James Souttar between 1893 and 1896. Known for its architectural heritage and prominent position in the city, the Citadel acquisition underscores REAL Property Scotland’s commitment to investing in prestigious and valuable assets throughout Scotland.

“This is a monumental moment for us,” said Conar Tracey, Director of REAL Property Scotland. “The acquisition not only strengthens our presence in Aberdeen but also represents our strategic vision of expanding our portfolio with high-quality properties in key locations. The Citadel, in particular, is a jewel in this acquisition, blending historic charm with modern potential.”

Over the coming weeks, REAL Property Scotland will release a series of exclusive behind-the-scenes content, including videos and detailed insights into the acquisition process. Audiences will gain a deeper understanding of the properties within the portfolio, the negotiation strategy, and the opportunities this historic deal unlocks.

This acquisition cements REAL Property Scotland’s reputation as a leading force in Scotland’s property investment sector, with further growth and development planned for the near future.

About REAL Property Scotland:

Formerly known as Real Estate Wealth Development (REWD) Group, REAL Property Scotland has built up a residential Buy-To-Let portfolio of over 350 properties across Scotland, with a £24.5m asset value and a gross monthly rent roll of over £100,000. We have achieved this level of growth by utilising funding from private individuals as well as commercial banks.

As we grew, our level of capital appreciation grew with us. We mainly purchase to have the ability to recycle cash and for cashflow, so whilst capital appreciation is not a critical part of our investment analysis it is something to factor in over time. On average, in Scotland, property prices are doubling every 10-12 years, so we expect our asset value to (at least) double during that period.

As well as our own efforts to create more housing stock, we also educate others to do as we do, and help them along the journey, every step of the way. Since the creation of REAL Property Scotland, we have educated and assisted over 100 people to achieve goals they never believed were possible. The more people we educate, the more people can contribute to the solution for the problem, which ultimately reduces the timeframe and increases the productivity of our operation.
