A LEADING international provider of innovative solutions for the oil and gas cementing and completions market has marked its fourth anniversary by announcing that it has secured deals worth over $2 million.

With the Middle East region of strategic importance, both historically and in the company’s ambitious growth plans, VCP is now servicing an expanding number of clients from its regional office in Dubai, assisted by UK headquarters in Aberdeenshire, Scotland and a global network of more than 20 agents.

Central to ongoing growth, and landing the recent deals, are the stars of VCP’s portfolio, namely the industry-hailed Phazer™ Flex and Phazer™: Flex TT (Tight Tolerance) under-reamed centralizers which offer superior stand-off in the open hole, ultra-low drag in the cased hole and are tested to API and beyond.

Vulcan Completion Products’ (VCP) ten-strong team brings more than 200 years of combined experience to the design, manufacture and application of a specialist range of innovative equipment for the energy sector, specifically centralisers, reamer and guide shoes to float equipment, cement plugs and cable protectors, namely cementing and completion equipment.

Commenting on the news, Ian Kirk said: “The challenges caused by the pandemic make it even more critical for us to get back in front of our customers, and the resumption of events such as ADIPEC give us an important platform from which we can build and strengthen in-person relations in a crucial part of the world.

“Looking ahead, we anticipate that the Middle East and North Sea markets will be central to the next phase of our evolution and the mix of domestic and international interests will bolster sustainability into 2022 and beyond.”

Vulcan Completion Products will attend ADIPEC 2021 in Abu Dhabi, UAE from November 15th until 18th and can be found at stand CN25.
