Turnberry Homes has appointed Amanda Keenan as commercial director as the company continues to
expand its developments across the west of Scotland. Keenan brings over 20 years of experience in
the housing sector, having worked for major developers, including CALA Homes and Persimmon.

Keenan was recently promoted to commercial director after joining as commercial manager at the end
of 2023. She has played a vital role in shaping the company’s five-year growth strategy, which includes
increasing turnover and doubling the number of houses being built each year by 2028.

Amanda Keenan said, “Turnberry’s exciting pipeline of projects and focus on quality is what attracted
me, as well as the company’s strong sense of community. I’m thrilled to be part of the team driving
future growth, being able to introduce new ways of working and adding real value.”

Elaine Mooney, Director at Turnberry Homes, added: “Amanda has vast expertise in contract
procurement and value engineering, which will be key to driving the company’s future. As we continue
to build outstanding homes across the west of Scotland, Amanda’s insight and leadership will be vital
in ensuring we maintain the high standards we are known for.”

The Yoker Wharf development, located on the north bank of the River Clyde, features a range of
energy-efficient homes with luxury specification. The range includes 2-bedroom apartments priced
from £182,995, 3-bedroom mid-terrace and semi-detached homes, as well as 4-bedroom detached
homes meeting a range of buyer needs.

More than 50% of the development’s first phase has now sold out, with 23 sales since July, including 3 apartments in their first weekend on sale (26-27 October).

The success of Yoker is supported by the upcoming opening of the Renfrew Bridge, which will improve
connectivity for the development. This new infrastructure is set to boost accessibility, linking Yoker
with Renfrew and Clydebank, providing residents with greater access to jobs, education, and leisure
activities.

Yoker Wharf is part of Turnberry’s broader portfolio, which includes Queenswater Apartments in
Dumbarton, a luxury development of apartments with stunning river views, and The Meadows in
Johnstone, which is set to launch soon and features 3-bedroom terraces, 3-bedroom semi-detached,
and 4-bedroom detached houses.
