Partner level hire at MBM Commercial

Alison Scott (MBM Commercial)

MBM Commercial today announced the appointment of Alison Scott as Partner and Head of the firm’s Commercial Property practice.  Alison takes over the reins of the department upon the retirement of Jane Ramsay. 

Alison brings over 20 years’ experience working with developers, corporate occupiers and lenders and over her career has provided advice and guidance on complex site assembly, acquisitions, sales, leases and property management. In addition, she has helped her clients with the Scottish real estate aspects of cross-border property finance and corporate deals. Her clients have run the gamut from high street retailers to large institutional lenders.

Alison has a keen interest in the ESG matters of property transactions now shaping all aspects of real estate deals.

Alison previously worked in DLA Piper’s Edinburgh commercial property team.
