Macnabs, a leading law firm with offices in Perthshire, Tayside and Stirlingshire, is delighted
to announce the recent bolstering of its Civil Court Team, ensuring that clients continue to
receive expert legal representation across a wide spectrum of civil and commercial litigation
matters.

Led by the highly experienced Jane McNicol, the Team earlier this year welcomed the return
of Lauren Alexander-Smith, a solicitor who trained with the firm. Lauren has 20 years of
industry experience, including working for Dundee City Council’s Debt Recovery Department
and a number of high street law firms, adding significant depth to the team.

Morgan Oates, who undertook her traineeship at Macnabs, has just qualified as a Solicitor
and moved into the Litigation Team, further strengthening the firm’s offering.

Supporting them is Hazel McIntyre, an experienced Paralegal specialising in Guardianship
Applications, and Louise Taylor, a Trainee Paralegal who worked for the Scottish Courts and
Tribunal Service for over 10 years before joining Macnabs.

The Litigation Team specialises in a range of services, including civil and commercial
litigation, debt recovery, guardianship application, property disputes, and landlord and
tenant litigation. The Team is focused on providing practical, straightforward advice to bring
disputes to a timely and effective resolution.

“We are committed to finding solutions that put our clients first,” says Senior Associate and
Head of Department Jane McNicol. “Whether you are initiating a court action or preparing a
defence, our expert team offers clear, down-to-earth advice to guide you through every
stage of the process.”
