LSH bolsters Scottish valuations team

LSH's Glasgow Valuation Team

LAMBERT Smith Hampton (LSH) has made a number of new recruits across Scotland to support a growing pipeline of instructions.  

Chris Common has joined as an associate director within the valuation team. Based in the Glasgow office, he joins from Gerald Eve and has a wealth of experience and market knowledge in the valuation arena. 

Lucy McKnight also joins as an associate director and will be based in LSH’s Edinburgh office. An experienced valuation surveyor, she has previously held roles as DM Hall, Colliers and DTZ.

Adding further depth to the team, Ronan McLinton has joined the Glasgow office as a surveyor and will provide support on valuation work across the team.

They will be joined by Lucy McLean who joins as valuation team administrator and will add vital resource across the entire team.

John Kane, director of valuation Scotland at LSH said: “These new recruits provide much-needed additional resource multiple levels, broadening the reach of the LSH’s Scottish valuation team and allowing us to build on our range of valuation services across Scotland for a variety of mainstream and niche lenders, property companies, occupiers and developers.”
