Emma Ross

WATTS Commercial Finance is delighted to announce that their Commercial Manager Emma Ross has been recognised by one of the UK’s leading industry publications as one of the country’s Top 30 business finance brokers.

Announced on 16th February, the Bridging & Commercial 2022 Power List is an exclusive index of brokers who went above and beyond during 2021. Each of the top 30 have made a significant impression on the sector over the past 12 months and continue to inspire others within the specialist finance industry.

To be nominated for the Power List is an honour but to be listed in the top 30 is a great privilege and Emma Ross is testament that hard work, dedication and pure Scottish grit is the key to building the Watts Commercial brand in Scotland.

Emma has been described as a ‘superstar’ and ‘an asset to the commercial lending sector’ and is always on hand to support her clients with their commercial enquiries no matter how complex or niche the case is.

Commenting on the announcement, Phil Gray, Managing Director of Watts Commercial Finance said:
“Emma Ross has been a shining light for both Watts Commercial Finance and Scotland and she deserves to have been recognised in the Power 2022 list as one of the new crop of outstanding young talent in our industry who push boundaries and takes the Commercial Broker market to the next level”.

Emma added: “Having joined Watts less than two years ago, I am absolutely delighted to see my name published in the 2022 Power List among some great industry leaders. These past 12 months have been an amazing experience which have surpassed my expectations.”

“My key highlights have so far included launching a new office in my hometown of Glasgow and creating an online networking group of almost 200 like-minded property and finance individuals which provides a platform to discuss everything ranging from development, investment, SME’s and business finance.”

I cannot thank Phil Gray enough for his guidance, confidence and support while giving me the opportunity to grow the Watts brand throughout Scotland.”
