Award-winning family homebuilder, Campion Homes, has appointed Fraser Bisset as Senior Land Manager.

Fraser joined the leading, Fife-based developer, in January and brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of land acquisition and development. He has previously held senior roles with Avant Homes, Barratt Homes and most recently Bellway Homes.

His extensive knowledge and experience of land acquisitions spans the central belt of Scotland and includes sites in locations such as Winchburgh, Shawfair and Dunfermline.

A resident of Dunfermline, Fraser has held a positive relationship with the Campion Homes team for a number of years. He will now play an instrumental role in developing the company’s acquisition strategy and supporting the delivery of submissions for Local Development Plans (LDPs).

Commenting on his new role, Fraser Bisset said: “I am excited to join the Campion Homes team, utilising my experience and knowledge to help the company continue to grow. Having worked closely with Campion Homes in the past, they always struck me as an organisation with a great culture, team spirit and focus on making a difference to people’s lives. I am looking forward to using my skills to develop new and innovative ways to acquire land and build homes that are so desperately needed.

“The pride that Campion Homes has as a family business shines through on a daily basis. I even live in a Campion home myself and can attest to their commitment to quality and customer service.”

Dougie Herd, Joint Managing Director at Campion Homes, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Fraser to the Campion Homes team. The experience and skills he brings, along with his straightforward, relationship-based approach, will be a real asset to the company and we’re looking forward to delivering some exciting projects.

“Fraser’s expert knowledge of land acquisitions of varying scales will be of critical importance as we develop our new strategy and deliver against local authority development plans.

“In his role as Senior Land Manager, Fraser will support the development of key sites and will work closely with local authorities and external consultees. His focused-approach and deep understanding of the industry will be instrumental in driving Campion Homes’ growth and success.”
