Beattie announces senior promotion

COMMUNICATIONS agency Beattie has appointed a new managing director for Scotland and digital.

In her new role, Joanne Spence will head up the offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh as well as the digital content teams.

Joanne said: “COVID was a blow which saw us losing 49% of our fee income overnight but most of our clients are now back on stream and we’re stronger than ever, having added more than £500k of new fees during lockdown.”

Laurna Woods, Beattie chief executive officer, said:  “Joanne has been our Scottish MD for many years and I look forward to her helping our content and digital teams to even more success.”
