Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has been named the Surveyor of the Year at The Scottish Mortgage Awards for an unprecedented fifth year in a row.

Shepherd Senior Partner Ian Fergusson said: “We’re thrilled to once again win this coveted award which exemplifies our continual focus on strategic growth and generating teamwork to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

“This recognition is a testament to our hard-working team of surveyors and support staff throughout Scotland and although we are up against some very tough competition, I am delighted that, once again, we have prevailed and retained this prestigious accolade for another year through the continued support of our clients.”

Judged by independent and respectable experts, The 2024 Scottish Mortgage Awards celebrates the people, products and services that demonstrate excellence and originality within the Scottish intermediary mortgage market.

The Surveyor of the Year award was judged on the surveying or valuation firm, operating in Scotland, which provides a consistently high-quality offering, excellent communication skills, accurate valuations, clear and concise reports and a quick and efficient service.

The awards reflect the broad makeup of the property market in Scotland with nominations submitted by industry professionals which are independently checked and verified.
