Northern Trust complete £2.9m multi-let Industrial Estate acquisition in East Kilbride


NORTHERN Trust is pleased to announce the acquisition of Langlands Commercial Park in East Kilbride. The estate which was built in 2021 is set on a 1.5-acre site and comprises of 10 trade counter units of 2,500 sq ft each, totalling 25,000 sq ft.

Langlands Commercial Park is located in the well-established industrial hub of Kelvin South, in East Kilbride. Accessed off Kelvin Park South Road, the property is prominently situated fronting Hurlawcrook Road with immediate access to the A726, connecting Langlands to the East Kilbride Expressway and onwards to the M74 and M8 to the north east and M77 to the west.

The site will be actively managed by Northern Trust’s Scotland office.
