LIVINGSTON Building Services, a specialist in bespoke mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering solutions, has been appointed to the Pagabo Mechanical & Electrical Solutions Framework.

The new M&E framework is valued at £545m over four years and provides a specific solutions-based offering to complement Pagabo’s existing network. Available to public sector organisations nationally, the Pagabo framework makes procurement more efficient by delivering a selection of pre-vetted and compliant service providers.

Livingston has been appointed to all 12 lots of the framework, meaning it can work with organisations in every region across the UK on mechanical, electrical, and mechanical and electrical combined projects from £50k up to £3m+. Projects can incorporate anything from LED light upgrades and ventilation system overhauls to new boiler rooms and end-of-life plant replacements.

Livingston’s appointment to Pagabo follows its success in being appointed to NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde and NHS Lanarkshire’s Plumbing and Electrical Frameworks. This appointment also complements previous framework appointments including Perth & Kinross Council Mechanical Framework and Fife Council Gas Maintenance Framework.

Paul Morley, Regional Director & Pagabo Framework Lead at Livingston, said: “Our public sector work is a significant portion of our business and using our experience and capabilities, we have secured public sector frameworks like Pagabo that align with our values and support our growth ambitions. As an agile business with locations across the UK, we can be flexible and adaptable in meeting a variety of challenges and timescales for organisations of all sizes across the country, which makes us well-suited for servicing projects on the framework.

“As a business, we place importance on long-term relationships and building trust with our clients. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do, and we look forward to the opportunity to build trusted partnerships with new clients through the Pagabo framework.”

Livingston operates across the UK from sites in Livingston, Glasgow, Warrington, and Leeds, and has also recently opened a permanent base in London following two years of operation in the Southeast of England.
