GLOBAL law firm Kennedys has appointed Anne Kentish as a partner in Scotland, based in Edinburgh. She will be joined by Legal Director, Colette Finnieston.
Anne qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and joins Kennedys having spent 10 years at Clyde & Co, where she latterly led the professional indemnity team in Scotland. Anne has specialised in professional negligence litigation for over 25 years and has particular expertise in defending legal professionals facing negligence claims and services and conduct complaints. She became a partner with HBM Sayers in 2008. Anne is ranked Band 1 in professional negligence in Chambers and a Leading Individual in professional negligence in Legal 500.

January 2025 will mark the 10 year anniversary of the opening of Kennedys offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow, which gave the firm a presence in all jurisdictions in the UK and Ireland. Since 2015, the firm has grown steadily in size and strength.
