Glasgow-based specialist communications consultancy, Perceptive Communicators, has won at the 2024 Inspiring Workplaces Awards UK & Ireland. Perceptive Communicators was named as a Top 50 Inspiring Workplace, ranking #39 in the UK & Ireland, and received a Top Five award in the small business category (less than 50 employees).

The Inspiring Workplaces Awards are the world’s #1 non-survey-based awards recognising organisations that have created exceptional people-first workplaces. The Top 50 winners were decided by an independent expert judging panel. Winners were announced at a Gala dinner in London, at Tottenham Stadium on May 16, 2024. Finalists included Aldi, Autoglass, H&M, Hovis, NHS, Monica Vinader, Slimming World, SurveyMonkey, Triodos Bank UK and many more.

Perceptive Communicators is a purpose-driven PR agency which only provides services to three specific sectors: life sciences, technology and the built environment. Offering expert consultancy services including public relations, digital, social media and public affairs, Perceptive supports clients from all over Scotland and the UK.

Julie Moulsdale, Managing Director of Perceptive Communicators, welcomed the results:

“Perceptive Communicators has a clear purpose: to improve lives and transform futures. This is a golden thread which runs through everything we do, from the clients we choose, to the everyday actions of our team. As a specialist independent PR agency, I’m over the moon to have been recognised as an inspiring workplace, something which wouldn’t be possible without our brilliant team and wonderful clients.”

This award follows Perceptive’s receipt of CIPR PRiDE Scotland Award last year for Best Channel Delivery, along with being a finalist at 2024 Homes for Scotland Awards.
