Hardie Polymers, the UK’s leading independent distributor of engineering polymers, has appointed Chris Simpson as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Chris joins Hardie Polymers with 18 years of senior leadership experience in the manufacturing and distribution sectors, most recently as Managing Director of the Scottish operations of Hunter Douglas UK Group. A chartered accountant by profession, he has built a strong reputation for driving profitability, operational excellence, and team performance across complex businesses.
In his new role as COO, Chris will oversee day-to-day operations at Hardie Polymers, supporting the next phase of the company’s growth and helping to build on its reputation for customer service, reliability and innovation.
