LEADERSHIP and change consultancy Firefly has achieved its best year on record since establishing in Edinburgh in 2011.
The Edinburgh-based business, which provides leadership development, coaching and culture change solutions to companies and organisations across the UK, increased revenues by 58% in 2022/2023 following strong organisational sales within UK government, private and public sectors.
Client wins over the past 12 months include UK Crown Prosecution Service, Ministry of Defence, Simon Community Northern Ireland, IMPACT Scotland and Robert Gordon University.
Established and led by experienced leadership and change strategist, Kirsty Maynor, Firefly has extended its pool of collaborative partners over the past year to strengthen its mentor coaching capability. Headcount has also increased with the recruitment of a US-based VP of Operations to support scalable and sustainable business growth, and a new Director of Marketing and PR role to increase market visibility for the business.
With more than 12 years in business, Firefly is developing a reputation as one of the UK’s foremost organisational culture change and leadership development specialists, supporting organisations for a range of needs including board development, executive coaching, internal coach training, leadership development and organisational culture strategy.
The business is gearing up for further expansion. The next 12 months will see Firefly introduce new online learning modules for frontline staff and new group-coaching programmes providing organisations with easier access to Firefly’s unique developmentmethods and the ability to integrate those methods internally. Longer term, the business is targeting international growth with an extended pool of collaborative partners in key overseas markets including the US.
