FALKIRK-BASED commercial plant design firm, Benholm Group, proudly announces its certification by the Living Wage Foundation as an accredited Living Wage Employer. This certification underscores the company’s steadfast dedication to fair pay for its employees.

The Living Wage Accreditation signifies that Benholm Group voluntarily pays its employees a wage that aligns with the real cost of living. By embracing this accreditation, Benholm Group not only prioritises the well-being of its workforce but also sets a benchmark for corporate responsibility within the industry.

“We are thrilled to have achieved the Living Wage Accreditation,” says Adrian Byne, Director of Benholm Group. “Ensuring that our employees receive a fair wage is fundamental to our company’s values. This accreditation reaffirms our commitment to supporting our employees.”

The Living Wage Accreditation is bestowed by the Living Wage Foundation, an independent organisation advocating for fair pay. To attain this accreditation, companies must demonstrate that they pay all directly employed and contracted staff at least the Living Wage rate, which is determined based on the cost of living in the UK.
