Glasgow-based residential letting agent, Dwello, has expanded its team, following the rapid initial growth of the business.
Lisa O’Mahony and Scott Luttrell have joined as Property Managers.
Lisa has almost a decade of experience in the Glasgow lettings market, having worked at Tay Letting and Kelvin Properties. Scott spent seven years with Tay Letting as Property Manager and Field Agent, conducting viewings, providing inventories, inspections, and managing check-in and check-out appointments.
Louise Noon has also joined the business as Junior Property Manager, and Leila Boyd is the new Front of House.
The four appointments follow Dwello’s significant growth since its launch in May 2025, most recently on-boarding a 200-property portfolio.
Dwello targeted 1,000 properties under management within its first two years and is now well on track to hit this target.

Dwello was founded by experienced landlord, Stephen McKechnie, who has assembled a team of industry experts. Dwello employs fifteen staff in its Glasgow office to manage property portfolios for landlords.
The company’s leadership has first-hand experience of all sides of residential lettings, having been landlords and agents. They aim to use that experience to bring a fresh approach and unique perspective to the rental market, supporting other landlords and tenants across Scotland with their responsiveness, professionalism, care and expertise.
