It’s then proved for up to 72 hours before being hand-stretched and slathered in double marinara made from the best San Marzano tomatoes, fresh basil, oregano and confit garlic. Finally, it’s topped with a carefully curated combo of Italian sausage, burrata, pepperoni, rosemary, black pepper, parsley and garlic oil, before being baked to pizza pie perfection.
