Buzzworks recognised in prestigious list of best companies to work for

LEADING hospitality operator Buzzworks Holdings has been recently named in The Best Companies to Work For in the UK, for the eighth year running. 

With 19 venues under its belt and plans for further expansion next year, the group has become renowned for its industry-leading staff benefits, ongoing training and development, career progression, flexible working, and unrivalled health and wellbeing incentives. 

This year’s ranking has also earned Buzzworks the “Outstanding levels of Engagement” accreditation, much to the delight of its Head of People, Nicola Watt.

To win a place on the 100 Best Companies list, businesses must achieve one of the 100 highest Best Companies Index scores, based on results of an anonymous survey completed by their team members. 

Good leadership, a defined vision structure and pride in working for the company were all highlighted as top-scoring factors Buzzworks’ staff. Employees admitted they had great confidence in the leadership of the senior management team, and staff members felt their managers cared about how satisfied team members were in their job.   

Teams were also encouraged by Buzzworks’ commitment to giving something back and to be able to make a difference in the communities that they work, with staff agreeing that employees were able to pick charities they want to support.
