LEADING hospitality operator Buzzworks Holdings has been recently named in The Best Companies to Work For in the UK, for the eighth year running.

To win a place on the 100 Best Companies list, businesses must achieve one of the 100 highest Best Companies Index scores, based on results of an anonymous survey completed by their team members.

Employees admitted they had great confidence in the leadership of the senior management team, and staff members felt their managers cared about how satisfied team members were in their job.
