BUSINESS Moves Group (BMG), the UK’s dedicated office and commercial relocation change management company, has appointed a business development specialist and a central administrator for Scotland.

Ivana Coppola has joined as a business development specialist for the Scotland region. Coppola will support regional manager Claire Harkins to grow the BMG brand and support businesses across a range of sectors with their real estate strategies.

Stephanie Munro has been appointed as central administrator for Scotland. Munro will have responsibility for finance, HR and compliance within the region.

The appointments are part of a wider strategy to streamline business operations following a restructure last July. A core element of the strategy is to ramp up support in each of BMG’s core locations – Scotland, London and the south, the Midlands, and the north.

This string of new hires follows on from the recent appointment of Keith Tiltman as a director. Tiltman has a wealth of workplace experience and will focus on sales and business development across all regions.

The latest appointments come ahead of what is expected to be a busy year for Business Moves Group. With many companies switching to a hybrid work system, businesses will be looking to downsize or reinvent their existing workplaces.

Claire Harkins, regional manager for Scotland at Business Moves Group, said: “When I joined Business Moves Group last year, one of my key objectives was to build the team in Scotland. Ivana and Stephanie are great additions that will support our existing clients and help us to continue growing. We’re expecting a busy 2022 following the end of Covid restrictions and we have the team in place to support Scottish businesses with all of their relocation needs.”
