JOHN Lewis & Partners, one of the UK’s leading retail brands, has solidified a strategic five-year partnership with Ascensos, a prominent independent customer contact and management services provider based in Scotland. Under the terms of the seven-figure per annum deal, Ascensos will offer John Lewis & Partners access to cutting-edge technology solutions, enhancing customer interactions, refining overall customer experience, and bolstering customer satisfaction. This collaboration is poised to create approximately 500 job opportunities across Ascensos’ global operations.

Ascensos, established in 2013, has rapidly grown to employ over 3,000 colleagues and has cultivated an impressive clientele, including renowned brands like Aldi, Peloton, and Wickes. This partnership with John Lewis & Partners further underscores Ascensos’ commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to some of the world’s most recognized retail and e-commerce brands.
