OEG Energy Group Limited (“OEG”, the “Group”), a leading energy solutions business, is pleased to
announce the appointment of Ricardo Rosa as Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.


Ricardo brings a wealth of experience to his new role and was most recently CFO at Subsea7, a position
he held for nine years until his retirement in 2021. From 2000 to 2012, Ricardo worked in various
senior roles for Transocean, joining as Vice President and Controller based in Houston, Texas, and
working his way up to Executive Vice President and CFO located in Switzerland. Prior to this, he spent
17 years working at Schlumberger where he held numerous financial positions of increasing seniority,
in France, Indonesia, Brazil, Venezuela, Italy and the United Kingdom.


Since his retirement from Subsea7, Ricardo has been active as a business consultant in energy services
and as a charity trustee.


Commenting on the appointment, OEG’s CEO John Heiton, said: “The appointment of Ricardo as our
new Chairman reflects OEG’s status as an established player in the offshore industries. He brings a
wealth of experience from his years of senior roles within leading brands such as Subsea7, Transocean
and SLB, and we look forward to benefitting from his insights regarding our industries and the global
capital markets. I’d also like to thank our outgoing Chairman David Currie for his dedicated support
through what has been a truly transformative period, and we wish him well with his future
endeavours.”


Commenting on his appointment, Ricardo Rosa, said: “OEG has a rich offshore heritage dating back 50
years and I am delighted to be joining the Group at this exciting stage of its growth journey. OEG has
delivered impressive growth and diversification in recent years to build a well-balanced business
playing a critical role in supporting global energy security and energy transition. I look forward to
working with the Board to support the Group on the next phase of its growth trajectory.”
