LEADING alternative finance provider to UK SMEs, ThinCats, has provided a tailored funding package to support Enhance Healthcare Limited (“Enhance”) in their acquisition of Ayrshire Care Homes Limited (“Ayrshire”).
Enhance Healthcare is a trusted name in the care home industry, providing exceptional standards of quality care. In the last 10 years, Enhance has flourished, expanding their portfolio of care homes and cultivating a dedicated staff team that delivers first-class care every day.
Across Scotland, the business operates 9 care homes, offering nearly 350 beds to elderly and adult service users. They provide comprehensive activities programmes and life skill development initiatives, empowering residents to reach their personal milestones and enhance their overall well-being. Leveraging state-of-the-art technology, such as virtual reality, they provide enriching experiences that transcend physical and mental limitations, opening doors to new possibilities.
The acquisition of Ayrshire adds a further 189 beds across 4 modern purpose-built homes situated on the Ayrshire coast enjoying stunning views over to the Isle of Arran. The properties are constructed to a very high standard and will be run by a highly experienced management team who have an excellent reputation for providing consistent levels of high-quality care.
