Senior hires to strengthen Change Recruitment Group’s core divisions

Edinburgh and Glasgow based recruitment consultancy, Change Recruitment Group has hired three recruitment specialists and two consultants, expanding its core divisions Accountancy and Finance, Investments and Risk, and IT, Digital and Change.
Scott Eccles and Jim Gormley have both joined as Principal Consultants, Accountancy & Finance.
A seasoned recruiter, Scott brings 12 years’ experience to the Group, working for both independent and global recruitment firms including PRG, Search Consultancy and Hudson Global Resources.
Scott joins a strong and experienced accountancy and finance team at Change where he will deliver into the finance service industry specialising in the recruitment of interim qualified accountants across Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Jim began his recruitment career in 1997 and quickly moved up the ranks to specialise in accountancy and finance. He has worked in this arena for over 12 years and is widely known as a ‘specialist headhunter’ within his sector, having held various positions at global energy, engineering and infrastructure recruiter Spencer Ogden, Glasgow-based HR Consultancy and Anderson Knight.
Eddie Barclay has joined as Senior Consultant, IT, Digital and Change. His career in recruitment started in 2003 and has since led and mentored teams of technology recruiters helping a variety of clients and candidates throughout the UK and Europe. Eddie is highly specialised in his field with a passion for technology and technologists. In his new role, he will focus primarily on high technology clients looking for niche skills.
In addition, Consultant Aisha Jamil has joined the Recruitment Group’s Investment and Risk team to specialise in Asset Management & Servicing, supplying clients with their permanent requirements across Scotland and the rest of the UK, while IT consultant Sheryl McAllister joins from FPSG Professional Recruitment to work across a variety of clients across the digital sector with a particular focus on financial services.
