One of the richest men in Scotland has proposed launching a new Scottish bank to fund growing businesses the Herald has reported.
Jim McColl, the billionaire boss of investment vehicle Clyde Blowers Capital brought up the subject while speaking to the Scottish Parliament’s Economy, Jobs and Fair Work Committee.
