Business Women Scotland (BWS) proudly celebrated the country’s most accomplished women in business at this year’s BWS Top 100 Awards, held on October 31, 2025, at the voco Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow.
Now a highlight of Scotland’s business calendar, the BWS Top 100 Awards recognise and celebrate exceptional women leading the way across industries — from finance and manufacturing to social enterprise, events, and beyond.
This year’s event brought together more than 250 guests for an afternoon of inspiration, connection, and recognition, with the Top 100 women in business honoured for their outstanding achievements. The highlight of the day was the announcement of the final Top 10 winners, recognising those who have made an extraordinary impact in their fields and communities.

The overall winner of the 2025 BWS Top 100 Awards was Michelle Quadrelli of Scott & Fyfe, recognised for her outstanding leadership and innovation in Scotland’s manufacturing sector. Her success story embodies the creativity, resilience, and collaboration that the awards were designed to celebrate.
The Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Liz Cameron, Chief Executive of the Scottish Chambers of Commerce, in recognition of her outstanding contribution to Scottish business and her lifelong dedication to supporting women in leadership.
A special Highly Commended Award went to Caroline Speirs of Calums Cabin, recognising her exceptional work providing vital support for families affected by childhood cancer.
