Romana Henry appointed to Scotwork Board of Directors

LEADING negotiation skills development consultancy Scotwork Ltd has announced it has appointed Romana Henry to its Board of Directors.

Romana, a Senior Consultant in Scotwork’s global Account Management team for 17 years, has worked across various departments including training, consulting, product development and business development. 

Fluent in Italian, French and Spanish, Romana plays a key role in working with Scotwork’s extensive global client list, managing the business’s full portfolio of courses as well as delivering consultancy work. She is responsible for Scotwork’s internal ‘Train The Trainer’ process for the firm’s 170+ consultants around the globe, ensuring they deliver to Scotwork’s high standards.

Prior to joining Scotwork, Romana held senior management sales positions at Invergordon Distillers and Whyte & Mackay and has considerable experience working with European retailers and distributors.

Her new role on Scotwork’s Board of Directors will see her tasked with growing the international business and expanding the capabilities of the team.
