Lanarkshire-based HR Technology company Peachy Mondays has been invited to join the Scale-Up-Scotland leadership programme.

Scale-up Scotland, founded by The Hunter Foundation, Entrepreneurial Scotland and Scotland CAN DO, is an 18-month cohort-based leadership programme aimed at ambitious entrepreneurs and firms with the potential and desire to grow sales beyond £20-30 million.

Established in 2013 by Gordon Adam and James Anderson, Peachy Mondays has been disrupting the employee engagement survey market with its award-winning employee feedback platform. Organisations from all around the world have adopted the Peachy Mondays platform, using it in multiple languages to help them collect and understand deep employee insights. Vodafone Ziggo, Geocell, Herbalife Nutrition, Scottish Water, Thorntons Law LLP and Brussels Airlines are among the company’s growing list of clients that are using the Peachy Mondays platform to gather employee feedback, in real-time;  something that isn’t possible with traditional employee engagement surveys.

Peachy Mondays’ success isn’t just down to its disruptive technology. The company’s team of employee engagement and organisational development experts have a wealth of experience – across industry sectors, cultures and organisational structures – that clients can tap into. They are passionate about helping organisations to get the very best from their people: ‘happy people work better’ are the four words that drive everything they do.

Scale-Up Scotland’s Chief Learning Officer, Ken Whipp, explains why they invited Peachy Mondays onto the programme. “The importance of employee engagement and employer branding should not be under-estimated in navigating the challenges businesses face when trying to scale. Peachy Mondays’ innovative product and its potential sits well in this context.”

“We were impressed by the company’s ambition, willingness to learn and desire to contribute to the peer-to-peer learning that underpins the Scale-Up Scotland programme.”

Through their participation in the programme, Peachy Mondays will join up to twenty other ambitious entrepreneurs who have aggressive plans for growth.

Peachy Mondays’ co-founder James Anderson says, “Being invited to join the Scale-Up Scotland programme is great news for Peachy Mondays. It gives us the opportunity to network with other entrepreneurs, to share experiences, to support each other, and to be inspired.”

“As an agile HR technology business, we love the fact that the programme is results-oriented and that it offers a supportive environment within which we’ll be challenged; that can only make us stronger and more determined to reach our goals,” James continues.
