New Commercial Partner for Blackadders LLP

Commercial Real Estate specialist, Leanne Hill, has joined Blackadders LLP as a Partner in Aberdeen. Leanne has 18 years of experience in commercial property in the city and across the central belt of Scotland. She has joined from Pinsent Masons where she was a Senior Associate.

Leanne said: “I am delighted to be joining Blackadders and the Commercial team in Aberdeen. There is a lot going on in this market at the moment and I’m looking forward to helping offer a great service to clients in all sectors.

“Getting the right advice and support in the commercial property market in the north east of Scotland is vital if you are to realise good value and secure good deals. To me, Blackadders was the obvious choice to develop my work and clients in this area.”

Leanne, who is the immediate past Chair of the Northern Scotland branch of the Association of Women in Property, advises on all aspects of commercial property work. Whilst more recently focussing on investment work managing portfolios for institutional landlords and corporate occupiers including several energy sector clients Leanne also has extensive experience in property development, real estate finance and property aspects of restructuring transactions across Scotland.
