GLENAPP Castle, a 21-bedroom luxurious PoB Hotel and Relais & Chateaux Hotel on the Ayrshire coast, Scotland, is delighted to have been shortlisted for the Boutique Hotel of the Year category at the third annual Boutique Hotelier Awards.

The Boutique Hotel of the Year award aims to showcase the best hotels in the country, recognise the most innovative new products and mark the achievements of excellent staff and employees in the hospitality sector, after a year of recovery and new challenges.

Jill Chalmers, Managing Director of Glenapp Castle, commented: ”We are thrilled to have been shortlisted for such a prestigious award and are delighted that we have been recognised as one of the best hotels in the country. I am proud to claim that our inclusion in this award is testament to the welcoming, passionate and hard-working team here at Glenapp Castle – we feel extremely honoured!”

From the restaurant, to the gardens and housekeeping, Glenapp Castle is made up of hardworking and determined teams who are true hospitality professionals.

In addition to its fascinating history and luxurious style, the Castle is also renowned for offering an abundance of 70+ indoor and outdoor activities and experiences. Other highlights include its unique Hebridean Sea Safari experience where guests embark upon a seaborn adventure aboard the Glenapp Castle Boat in search of rare marine life, and The Endeavour penthouse castle apartment, which is the most opulent in the whole of Scotland. All of this ensures that the hotel, and indeed, the area is becoming a ‘must visit’ destination. It is no surprise that Glenapp Castle is now one of the main drivers of luxury travel to the South-West of Scotland.

The voting process is currently open and will close at midnight on 9th October 2023. The winners will be announced on the evening of 16th October.
