Iconic Resourcing set to break £1 million turnover

GLASGOW-based recruitment firm Iconic Resourcing continue to prosper in challenging times and are announcing 3 new staff appointments, the launch of a new division and an office move to larger premises tripling the size of their current space, all in the month of January 2022.

The recruitment firm who specialise in HR, Marketing and Accountancy & Finance recruitment and count Baillie Gifford, Snappy Shopper, Cruden and UWS among their growing client base, launched in 2019 and have experienced 300% growth in turnover in year three and are on track to break £1 million in turnover for the first time.

Following the successful launch of the Marketing division last November, the business have appointed recruitment veteran Debby Stewart to launch and lead the Legal recruitment practice, where she will partner with many leading law firms in Scotland. Two further appointments have been made to expand the Finance team with Jenna Crole moving from a management role in University of Glasgow and Emma Shahnavaz joining from Allstaff. All three new team members will commence their roles in the coming weeks and will work closely with the founders Lauren Jow and Hannah Green.

Making further investment into the business, Co-Founders Lauren Jow and Hannah Green have signed a new office space, securing one of the few remaining suites at the impressive Garment Factory in Merchant City where they will join the likes of Channel 4, Shoosmiths and Incremental. The award winning category B listed building was a £6 million refurbishment by Castleforge Partners and has many original features as well as providing a contemporary office space with exposed ceilings, brickwork and large original windows which provide the benefit of natural light. This move will allow the business to grow and take on further hires in 2022 and signifies a truly collaborative space for the team who already work in a blended mix of home and office based working. The business move to the Garment Factory on 24th January.
