Henderson Loggie has rebranded as MHA Henderson Loggie. MHA is the UK-wide network of accountancy and business advisory firms it co-founded in 2010. The new brand identity underpins a business strategy that recognises the changing role of accountants faced with innovations in technology that are transforming the value proposition of accountancy services.

All eight member firms of MHA have now adopted the new brand, designed to bring its national and global strategies closer together to further support the network’s growth. Over the last financial year MHA reported a 6% increase in turnover and a rise in its international client base across all industry sectors.

MHA Henderson Loggie Managing Partner David Smith said: “As a founding partner of MHA we have long recognised the strength of collaborating with firms that share the same values. In aligning our brand more closely with MHA we aim to harness the power and effectiveness of our well-functioning national and international network to provide further value to our clients.

“Advances in cloud-based technologies that allow clients to access their financial information from anywhere in the world has been transformational for the sector. We have embraced technological innovation in our audit, accounting and payroll functions, which have replaced some process driven aspects of our service, presenting incredible opportunities for our accountants to focus on their role as strategic business advisers.

“We will continue to play a key part in the development on our national accountancy association to ensure we keep pace with developments globally whilst also being in a position to offer clients access to local advice from a trusted worldwide network . So, while the locally delivered service we pride ourselves in supplying will continue to be our focus, we see the rebrand to MHA Henderson Loggie as a springboard for our own ambitions for future development.”

The MHA network of firms operates across Scotland and England with a collective turnover of £152 million. MHA joined Baker Tilly International, a top 10 global network of advisors in 145 territories as the UK member in 2014.
