Eden Scott, one of Scotland’s leading executive search and recruitment agencies, has announced the promotion of Ewan Anderson to the position of Marketing Director.
With twenty years of marketing experience, Ewan has progressed from Marketing Manager to Director and has grown with the business over the last eight years, as the company reached a record-breaking turnover of over £17m in 2024.
This promotion reflects Ewan’s outstanding contributions and dedication to the company’s growth, developing the marketing function at Eden Scott to drive new business while building strong brand recognition in an incredibly competitive market.
In his new role, Ewan Anderson will play a key role in driving Eden Scott’s ambitious growth plans over the next two years. This plan strategically focuses on increasing staff numbers by 15%, acquiring a share in key growth markets and achieving a target revenue of £6.5 million. Ewan’s marketing expertise and innovative approach will be pivotal in achieving these objectives.
