DM Hall, one of Scotland’s largest firms of independent chartered surveyors, has continued its post-pandemic growth path with an investment in three surveying professionals to its Glasgow Commercial Valuation team.

Ross Craig, just qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Gary Brown, recently appointed an Associate and Lisa Cummings, a newly recruited graduate surveyor, have now brought the firm’s Glasgow commercial property operation to its full complement.

DM Hall partner, Ian Woods, said: “We end 2022, as we plan to enter the New Year, firing on all-cylinders with a great team of commercial property professionals in our Glasgow office.

“Between them, Lisa, Ross and Gary bring a well-honed contribution of extensive experience and youthful enthusiasm to an already high quality team. We warmly welcome them to DM Hall and anticipate that they will bring outstanding value to our ever-growing commercial property client base.”

With over twenty years’ experience at both national and international level, providing valuation advice to a diverse client base for a variety of purposes over all sub asset classes, Gary Brown joins as an Associate based within the Commercial Valuation Division in Glasgow.

Lisa joins the firm as a Graduate Surveyor, having graduated from Edinburgh Napier University in Autumn 2022 with a Master of Science in Real Estate Management and Investment. She, too, will be working within the Commercial Valuation department, and is looking forward to progressing within her career and expanding her knowledge of the sector.

Ross, who joined DM Hall in 2019 whilst completing his master’s degree from Edinburgh Napier University, graduated in 2020. He will also be based in the Valuations Team and looks forward to continuing his professional development and embracing the challenges that lie ahead within ever-changing property markets. He is also a qualified Non-Domestic Energy Assessor working closely with DM Hall’s Energy team.

DM Hall has 24 offices throughout Scotland and more than 230 members of staff. It is one of Scotland’s largest independent firms of chartered surveyors and this year celebrates 125 years since its foundation in 1897.
