Denholm, the specialist marketing recruitment and C-suite headhunting agency, has strengthened its team to reflect continuing growth in 2018 with double-digit year-on-year revenue growth of 13 per cent during the first half of the year.
Jackie Anderson (Head of Agency) and Fiona Todd (Head of Glasgow) have both been appointed to the Denholm Board, while Amanda Kho has joined Denholm’s Glasgow office.
Increasing board level assignments and activity across the financial services, food and drink, and tech sectors has helped to power growth for the agency this year with new clients including ScotRail, National Galleries, Scottish Investment Trust and Hilton Worldwide. Denholm has also invested heavily in GDPR systems during the first half of the year, alongside the partnership it announced in February with compliance software specialist Amiqus.

In terms of industry segments, we’ve seen an uptick in both traditional financial services and fintech, food and drink brands and the tech startup sector. It’s also notable that more clients are asking us to widen the net and look for candidates outwith the UK – while the perfect candidate could be in Stirling, they could also be in Shoreditch, Stockholm or San Francisco.”

Denholm opened a Glasgow office in 2017, continued to roll out its ‘BrandBox’ online employer brand tool, announced a partnership with fellow headhunting firm McGregor Bond and launched Inside Out, a standalone employer brand agency.
