The BWSTop100 Awards, hosted by Business Women Scotland at Grand Central Glasgow, celebrated Scotland’s top women in business. Recognising the significant contributions of 100 inspiring women, the event culminated in honouring the Final 10 winners, each receiving a luxury Sarah Haran handbag in recognition of their outstanding achievements.

The Final 10 Awardees are:

  • Celine Sinclair, The Yard

The evening’s highest honour, Overall Winner, went to Celine Sinclair, Chief Executive of The Yard, for her exceptional leadership since 2006. The Yard provides transformative play experiences for children with disabilities, building confidence, friendships, and vibrant support communities through inclusive sessions, outreach, and family services. Sinclair’s dedication has empowered countless families across Scotland.
